After shipment, you will receive an email containing the logistics tracking number (sent to the email address reserved for the order).

Parcels can be tracked in real time through third-party logistics platforms such as Australia Post, DHL, etc.

If your order has not been shipped within 30 days, please contact contact@dailynecessitiess.com.

In case the package is lost or damaged during transportation, you need to provide photo evidence within 48 hours after signing for it. We will assist in claiming compensation or reissuing it.
